The corner connector aluminum cutting machine is easy for operation and convenient for maintenance. Equipped with an OMRON control system, it comes with high automation standard. High hardness alloy cutters are utilized to ensure fast cutting speed and high cutting precision. The cutter feeding system comes with a linear motion bearing, which guarantees small resistance to motion and high accuracy.

Meanwhile, this cutting machine is designed with an automatic workpiece feeding system which offers stable and efficient working. Pneumatic system is utilized for workpiece clamping and cutter advancing and retreating, which also ensures safety, efficiency and convenience.

By once workpiece clamping, the corner connector aluminum cutting machine can finish continuous cutting of 6 meters corner connector aluminum profiles. Designed with a magnescale, the cutting equipment can precisely control the workpiece width.

In addition, the control system provides the cutting machine with automatic counting function and counting memory function as well which allows the equipment to continue to count after power-off.
