Application
Our angle processing line is CNC angle manufacturing machine for punching, marking and shearing angle bars of electric power transmission towers and telecommunication steel towers.

Composition
This angle manufacturing line is composed of the loading conveyor, infeeding system, main machine body, finished angle bar outfeed system, hydraulic station, pneumatic system and the electrical control system.

  • Compared with the product from other suppliers, our shearing unit has powerful shearing force, realizing stable and first class shearing quality.

  • There is a nitrogen accumulator installed on the main frame for the punching unit, for faster oil movement inside the hydraulic pipe, ensuring optimal punching speed.

Marking Device

Hydraulic Unit

  • The marking device is designed in closed structure for excellent rigidity, stability, and durability. The standard character size marked is 16×10×19mm. The outstanding stamping effect makes the angle processing line machine very popular among our client.

  • For optimal cooling effect, the hydraulic unit is designed with 1000 liters hydraulic oil tank.
